iCIRT is provided by Equifax, a global ratings agency well-known for its credit assessment services used by insurers, financiers and public agencies. 

As stated by the NSW Government building commission: iCIRT ratings are available to evaluate home builders, property developers and other building professionals like certifiers, designers, architects, engineers, consultants, project and development managers.  

Banks, insurers, and even government clients prefer working with rated businesses. Having an iCIRT rating builds confidence and helps you win financing and contracts.

The iCIRT Submission process is:

1. Contact iCIRT
2. Make an order and pay
3. Info is provided to iCIRT then assessment is done
4. iCIRT rating report is then delivered to you
